Free Shipping on Christmas Trees

🎄 All Christmas trees ship for FREE, no matter how big or festive they are! Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to deck the halls.

Processing Time

🛠️ Once your order jingles its way into our workshop, our hardworking elves spring into action! We promise to have your order processed within 3 business days, but more often than not, our speedy elves are done even faster. Think of it as elf-speed delivery magic!

Shipping & Transit Times

🚚 Once your order ships, it will arrive within 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location. While we wish we could deliver as fast as Santa’s sleigh, we rely on trusted shipping carriers to get your goodies to you safely.

Tracking Your Order

📦 As soon as your order leaves the workshop, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our depot to your doorstep.

🏠 Currently, we deliver across the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

Lost or Damaged Packages

💔 We know it’s disappointing if your package gets lost or arrives damaged. If this happens, please contact our customer service elves at contact.elfdepot@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work our magic to make things right!
